Single Lock Standing Seam
Single lock standing seam system is used for façade application. It has a taut and regular appearance. The procedure consists of welting the sheets to one another, along their entire length by single folding the panel’s side upstands together. The use of profiling and seaming machines for the closure of longitudinal seam joints significantly reduces installation time. This reduction makes for a more cost-effective solution, particularly when considering very large surface areas. |

Double Lock Standing Seam
Double lock standing seam system is used for façade application. The double lock standing seam system used on roofing applications enables long strips of VMZINC to be assembled by forming single or double folds on the up-stands. A traditional technique applied to roofs. This technique can be machine or hand produced. It reflects the individual architect’s concerns for lines and shadows, producing designs that have a historical perspective. |

Interlocking Panels
The interlocking panel system is a wall cladding system installed with a ventilated air space. It involves laying interlocking VM ZINC® panels on a metal framework fixed to the supporting structure (masonry or metal structure). The panels are simply connected by the use of an interlocking groove giving the elegant appearance of a recessed joint. They are fixed onto the framework using the clips provided which are concealed in the inside edge of the groove. |

Flat Lock Pannels
Flat Lock Panels offer a simple yet elegant cladding solution that provides a longitudinal flat seam. The system uses a simple interlocking fold on all four sides and can be installed either horizontally or vertically. This solution is suitable for all buildings up to 30 m. The pre-formed panels are easy to install. |

Batten Seam
This is a traditional technique involving timber battens and capping strips. The zinc sheets and long zinc strips are held in place by a zinc batten clip supporting the peripheral upstands. The capping strips are placed in position by overlapping, thus ensuring that the roof is water tight. This technique creates an impression of strong, conspicuous contours and is often used for its shadow effects and urban character. |

Cassette FPS
The VM ZINC® FPS Cassette is an external cladding system. It can be used for new construction or for renovation projects. This versatile open jointed system is based on the Rainscreen principle. It is suitable for horizontal or vertical application on low to high rise buildings, for both new and refurbishment projects. The VM ZINC® cassettes are bent and fixed with invisible clips to an aluminium framework, which is secured to the load bearing structure. The VM ZINC® FPS Cassette system offers an innovative facade solution that provides a modern and flat appearance. |

DEXTER®
This patented, ribbed and pre-formed cladding system is an innovative new roofing concept. The DEXTER® elements allow rapid installation without the use of heavy mechanised tools. This significantly reduces the installation time on the standard part of the roof. |

ADEKA®
ADEKA® is an innovative patented roof or façade system based on small pre-formed QUARTZ-ZINC® and ANTHRA-ZINC® elements featuring a unique locking key. This ingenious easy to install system allows long term weatherproofing for roofs. ADEKA® is a complete system which includes a full range of flashings to handle all roofing situations. It can be used for flat surface roofs with slopes of 25% (15°) or more. ADEKA® is an ideal solution for all sizes of flat surface roofs. Less than 10 ADEKA® elements are needed to cover 1 m² and the easy assembly (no mechanical tools necessary) of ADEKA® improves zinc-laying time. |
